About The Conference
The International Conference on Materials & Energy Science (ICMES–2025) aims to bring together industrialists, academicians, and researchers to exchange and share their experiences and hard-earned technological advancements and applications in modern industries. Growing concerns about materials, energy security, and climate change have sparked interest in harnessing new and renewable energy sources to address critical issues in engineering applications. Developing countries like India face significant challenges in technology upgrading and diversification across various industrial sectors. This conference will serve as an imminent avenue for improving energy sectors and the applications of advanced materials, enabling designers to develop better designs and fostering a deeper understanding of these subjects. The theme of ICMES–2025 focuses on the domains of Material and Metallurgy Science, Manufacturing Technology, Energy resources, Energy applications, and other emerging technologies.

History
Aditya Engineering College (AEC) was established in the year 2001 by Aditya Academy. AEC renowned for its vibrant community, hosts over 5,000 students from across India and 14 foreign nations. The institute offers 11 UG programs, 6 PG programs in Engineering, Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Computer Applications. AEC has achieved significant milestones, including autonomous status, an impressive A++ Grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council, and UG Engineering Programs are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation under Tier-I. The college is also recognized by the UGC under sections 2(f) and 12(B). AEC has research publications of around 338 indexed in Web of Science, 1015 in Scopus, 226 patents published, and 13 patents grant to its credit. Rooted deeply in the vision of Dr. N. Sesha Reddy, the Aditya Academy, founded in 1984, with a vision and mission to create a platform for holistic growth and success to students. As a non-profit Educational Society, its commitment to quality education for rural students in Andhra Pradesh is a story of inspiration and perseverance. Having been an educational lighthouse for almost 40 years, it today boasts of a sprawling network of over 40 revered institutions. The Organizing Department
Managing moving machines of the world! It is this catchy phrase that has made Mechanical Engineering the thriving branch for being an integral part in shaping our world run on machines. The Mechanical Engineering Department at Aditya has earned a place of high repute through its quality teaching rendered by highly qualified and experienced faculty with remarkable number of research publications in reputed journals like ASME, Elsevier, Springer and many more. Imparting the knowledge gained through research to the students and rigorous practical training creating an ambience of excitement in all the stages of study. The department lays impetus on hands-on training with the support of simulation packages such as CATIA, ANSYS, UNIGRAPHICS and SOLIDWORKS. The academic activities include guest lectures, industrial visits, workshops, seminars, technical festivals (VEDA) and programs under Mechanical Engineering Students Association (MESA), collegiate club of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), Institute of Engineers India (IEI) and Robotics club. Many projects which were received appreciation in various events organized at state and national level i.e., Go-Kart, Baja, Quad bike, Solar powered wheelchair, LPG bike, Reaping Machine and many more such highly relevant contraptions. Students are encouraged to do internships in reputed industries like TATA Motors, Hindustan Shipyard, BHEL, Steel Plant, Thermal Power Station, Railways, etc.

Peer review Process
Each submitted manuscript will receive a unique paper id. The manuscripts will be initially screened to check for the conference scope plagiarism and originality. All the submitted manuscripts will be sent for technical peer review process and the corresponding author will be notified the outcome of the review process. ICMES adopts double blind review process. If reviewers recommended for further improvements in the manuscript, the manuscript will be sent back to the corresponding author and the revised version of the manuscript shall be submitted within 30 days on the date of notification. The final decision on the manuscript will be announced after the third round of evaluation by the technical program committee.
