Conference participation procedure
Step 1 : Participants are requested to send their abstracts to the email id: icismt2k25@adityauniversity.in in before the deadline by properly mentioning Name, affiliation and organization.
Step 2 : A numerical ID will be assigned to the abstract and the participants will receive the abstract acceptance notification.
Step 3 : After receiving the abstract acceptance mail, participants need to submit their camera ready paper via the mail on or before 30th August 2025
Step 4 : After the abstract acceptance, participants can register for the conference by clicking the link below or by scanning the QR code. (Note: Registration can be done after receiving the abstract acceptance mail, no need to wait until full paper submission)
Step 5 : After the successful registration, participants can present their papers (in PPT format) on the day of conference based on the allotted schedule.
Step 6 : Post conference, our team will communicate the participants regarding the publication procedure

Participants are requested to take the screen shot of the payment proof (NEFT/IMPS/UPI) and upload the same in the registration form.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that at least ONE author MUST register in this conference after getting the acceptance mail for final manuscript. Students must produce full-time student card for verification at the conference
LETTER OF INVITATION: Authors of the accepted papers shall request a “Letter of invitation” through email with the details such as name, affiliation, and a valid email address, paper ID, title, and list of authors. The subject of the mail must be “Invitation letter request”. Please send your request email to icismt2k25@aec.edu.in
NOTES: Confirmation Email will be sent once you complete your registration. That mail can be kept as a proof of the payment received. However, the receipt for the payment will be provided during the conference on request. All the bank charges are to be borne by the participants. The final receipt will only declare the net amount to be received by ICISMT 2025 (excluding all the bank charges).
PLAGIARISM: The TPC of ICISMT 2025 takes care very much while evaluating the technical content of the paper before the acceptance. Plagiarism is the sole responsibility of authors if it is found in the Camera-Ready Paper submitted by the authors. There will be no refund, if the paper is later rejected by the publisher citing the similarity / Plagiarism score. The conference will not undertake any responsibility to arrange alternate publication for such cases.
