About The Conference
Aditya Engineering Colleges (AEC) is going to organize its 1st International Conference on Advanced & Global Engineering Challenges (AGEC) on June 9th - 10th 2023 in association with IEEE Vizag Bay Section. Under the Aditya Group of Engineering Colleges (AGEC), there are three engineering colleges, named as Aditya Engineering College (AEC), Aditya College of Engineering & Technology (ACET) and Aditya College of Engineering (ACOE). The main theme of this conference is “Next Generation Technology for Sustainable Development”.
AGEC-2023 will be an excellent international platform for the students, researchers, academicians, industry-professionals, and scientists to collaborate and showcase high-end research & latest innovations giving exposure to interact with the eminent Professors, Technocrats, Scientists and Administrators throughout the world by the latest innovations in the field of modern science and technology.
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements
About The College
Aditya Engineering College was established in the academic year 2001-02 under the aegis of Aditya Academy, Kakinada with the approval of AICTE and affiliated to JNTUK with an intake of 180 students in three UG Courses in Engineering & Technology. The College is situated in an eco-friendly area of 180 acres with thick greenery at Surampalem, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. The College is 15 KM away from Samalkot Railway Station on Howrah Chennai Railway line in South Central Railway. The College is located in between Kakinada and Rajahmundry on ADB Road. The College has three academic buildings with a total carpet area of 44,524 Sq. Mts. apart from two boys’ hostels and one girl’s hostel buildings. The college offers 11 Undergraduate programs (CE, CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, ME, PT, MIN, and AG) and 9 Post Graduate programs (Software Engineering, VLSI Design, Embedded Systems, Computer Science & Engineering, Structural Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Power Electronics & Drives and Petroleum Engineering) and MBA and MCA with 15 years of excellent academic record. Besides the college has added many feathers in its cap which include AA+ Grade by Careers 360, South India 4th rank by Digital Mailers, South India 6th rank by Silicon India, 13th rank out of top 25 engineering colleges by 4Ps, a niche in Asia top 100 Colleges by WCRC leaders, Best Placement Award by ASSOCHAM, All India 78th rank-DQ CMR top T-School Survey by DATA Quest and 13th position in Top 20 colleges of India by the Sunday Indian. Paper Submission Guidelines
1. Authors are invited to submit 4–6-page manuscript in double-column IEEE format which are relevant to the theme of the conference. The papers exceeding 6 pages will be subject to an additional US$ 100 fee/page. Papers exceeding 8 pages will not be accepted. Complete paper should be uploaded. Authors submitted only Abstracts should upload full paper before the last date. Submissions with only abstracts will not be considered for review and will be rejected during the process.
2. Manuscripts must be written in English. The instructions and guidelines of IEEE must be followed as mentioned in the following links.

3. Only Electronic submission in PDF format will be accepted.
4. Change of Name of the author(s), Change in order of the author(s) names, Addition or Deletion of author(s) will not be entertained after the deadline of the submission.
5. In case you have a difficulty in filling the names of the authors or order of authors while in the process of submission, please write a separate mail with the title of manuscript, complete author details in the order. This will not be changed after the deadline of the submission.
6. There should be only one corresponding author and he/she should not change his/her e-mail id all through the conference process (from submission till appearance in IEEE Xplore, if selected). No correspondence for change of e-mail will be entertained.
7. The manuscript should not contain any author name(s), affiliations, e-mail ids. The specified space needs to be blank. After the manuscript is accepted, the author names, affiliations, e-mail ids can be incorporated in the camera-ready paper.
8. Any violations on the above will be removed from the proceedings of the conference and will not be sent to IEEE Xplore for consideration. All paper submissions will be carefully reviewed by at least two/three experts and reviews will be returned to the author(s) with comments to ensure the high quality of the accepted papers. The authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their paper will be presented at the conference and register for conference. Submit only the original material where copyright of all parts is owned by the authors declared and which is not currently under review elsewhere in any form.

Presentation and Registration
1. Every accepted paper MUST be presented during the conference. Every accepted paper MUST have at least one registration at the Full IEEE Member/Non-IEEE Member rate.: A paper could be authored by IEEE-Members/Non-IEEE Members/Student Members. But one registration should be done with IEEE Member/Non-IEEE Member. Only single student author registration for a paper will not be accepted. Failure to do so will result in removal of paper from the proceedings and will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore for consideration
2. All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for consideration to publish in IEEE Xplore after fulfilling the IEEE standards and quality norms.
3. With one Full Registration maximum two papers can be presented.
4. If there are more than two papers, to be presented the registration fee is computed as One Full Registration + [No. of papers -2]/2
5. The papers with ‘No Show’ in the conference will exclude submission to IEEE Xplore and the Conference proceedings
